Reporting on Communications in Acoustic Campaign

A report can be run on the communications that have been sent by Acoustic Campaign.

Process:

1. In Acoustic Campaign, select Menu → Report → Reports (classic) → Reports Center.

2. Select Single Mailing Report → Summary.

3. Select the Communication name.

4. The Summary opens. describing the times actions were taken on the communication, the Deliverability metrics, and the response metrics.

5. To export a data type, select Options → Export Tracking Data for the data type to be exported.
