Run Standard Reports

There are two standard reports in Event Manager.

• The event activity report provides high-level information on all Events in the system. It further provides a breakdown of events by Recruiter and Event type showing key event and candidate figures.

• The event candidate report provides detail of all the assessment results all selected candidates have received, for all the assessed activities attended.

Reports can also be created and run in the Data Insight Tool to pull Event Manager information and metrics. For more information, see the Data Insight Tool training and documentation.

1. Select Reports → Standard Reports.

2. The Event Activity Report window opens.

3. Select the report to be run.

4. Select a date range for the report by using the pull-down menus.

5. Select any applicable filters, and an output format.

6. Click Generate Report now.

7. The report downloads.
