Using Source Codes to Automatically File Leads to a Campaign from Landing Page

  • Before adding Source Codes to Acoustic Campaign, Source Codes must first be added in Workbench.

Process:

  1. To add Source Codes to a Landing Page, select Menu → Data → Databases.

  2. Select the Database connected to your Lead Manager account.

  3. Select Edit for the Source field.

  4. Enter the Source in the New Value field and select Add.

    • If you are created on Source Code that is applied to every Landing page, enter only one value.

    • If you are creating individual Source Codes for each Landing page, enter unique codes for each Landing page.

  5. Select Save.

  6. Select Menu → Landing Pages → Manage.

  7. Select the Landing Page name.

  8. Select Manage Site.

  9. Select the Form.

  10. Drag the Source Field to the Hidden Fields section.

  11. Select the Source to be used for that Landing Page, by using the Field Default Value pull-down menu.

  12. Select Save & Close.

  13. Save, Preview and Publish the Landing page.

  14. When a Lead submits their details on the form or completes a resume upload, the Landing Page code is listed as the source of the Lead.
