View a candidates communication history from the Talent Record

1. To view a candidates communication history, open the candidates Talent Record.

2. Select Communication in the Activity section.

3. The list of communications sent to the candidate opens. Select the Communication Name to open and view the communication. Select the Req number to open that req folder.

View a candidates communication history from the Send Candidate Communication window

1. From a list of candidates, select a candidate and select Actions → Send Candidate Communication.

2. The Send Candidate Communication window opens. Access the Communication History section.

3. Select a Filter by using the pull-down menu to filter the communications.

   1. The Candidate filter shows communications that were sent to the specific candidate that you have accessed.

   2. The Other Recipients filter shows communications that were sent to recipients other than the candidate, such as a communication to the Hiring Manager to review the candidate's Talent Record.

   3. The Event Manager filter displays all communications sent from the Event Manager tool to the specific candidate.

   4. The All filter displays all communications set, regardless of who the recipient was.
