View the Communication History of a Candidate

Communications sent from Event Manager can also be viewed in the Communications section of the candidate’s Talent Record in BrassRing on Cloud.

1. Access unscheduled candidates, scheduled candidates, or search for the candidate.

2. Select the candidate name to open the candidate screen.

3. Expand the History section.

   • Hyperlinks in the email column indicate that an email was sent to the candidate.

   • The row describes the date that the communication was sent, the sender, a description, the event the communication was connected to, and whether the sending of the email was successful.

   

4. Select the email link to open, and view the email.

5. Select close to return to the candidate screen.
