Abstract

Profiles allows you to find talent profiles for employees and candidates using facets from all integrated applications and systems. Perform a keyword search for any skill, role, location and more to discover talent within your organization.

A talent profile contains up-to-date information about an employee or candidate, including job description, work history, educational background, honors/awards, certifications, competencies, skill sets, career aspirations, and so on. It makes an individual’s experience and qualifications more visible within an organization, makes finding talent much easier, and ensures individuals are qualified to fill specific roles.

Using Profiles, you can:

• Manage and edit the talent profiles of each of your team members.

• Manage and edit your own talent profile.

• Search for talent profiles (from all integrated applications/systems), using keywords that let you search for any skill, role, or location.

• Search for people (from all integrated applications/systems) to discover talent.
