Starting this release, users will be able to access the View new experience menu option based on their user type.
A new user type privilege Enable New Experience(Canvas) is added in Workbench under the Admin section of user type privileges.
Workbench path: Tools > Users > Usertypes > (Select user type) >Edit Type Permissions > Admin > Enable New Experience (Canvas)
