Create, Edit, or Deactivate Activities

Activity templates help users define what activities occur during the event, when the activity occurs, and what resources are needed for each activity.

Process

Create Activities

  1. Select Admin → Templates → Activity Templates.

  2. Select New.

  3. Enter a template name, description, and duration.

  4. Select the activity details.

  5. Use the + signs to add any custom fields, competencies, and specialties.

  6. Check Active.

  7. Select Save.

Edit Activities

  1. Select Admin → Templates → Activity Templates.

  2. Select a template, and select Edit.

  3. Edit the template as needed, and select Save.

Deactivate Activities

  1. Select Admin → Templates → Activity Templates.

  2. Select a template, and select Edit.

  3. Uncheck Active, and select Save.
