Create, Edit, or Deactivate Activities
Activity templates help users define what activities occur during the event, when the activity occurs, and what resources are needed for each activity.

Process
Create Activities
Select Admin → Templates → Activity Templates.
Select New.
Enter a template name, description, and duration.
Select the activity details.
Use the + signs to add any custom fields, competencies, and specialties.
Check Active.
Select Save.
Edit Activities
Select Admin → Templates → Activity Templates.
Select a template, and select Edit.
Edit the template as needed, and select Save.
Deactivate Activities
Select Admin → Templates → Activity Templates.
Select a template, and select Edit.
Uncheck Active, and select Save.
