Lead Manager: Leads Communication History
With this release, Lead Manager users can now access a lead's communication history directly from the ‘Overview’ section of the Lead Profile. By clicking the link, users are directed to the Communication History page, which features the following filters:
All (Email & SMS)
Email
SMS
For Email records: The template name is shown as non-clickable text.
For SMS records: The template name is shown as a clickable link. Clicking the template name reveals the SMS content sent to the lead.
