For information on HR Statuses, HR Status Actions, Restrictions, and Talent Gateway settings, see HR Statuses.
Add an HR Status
Select Tools → HR Statuses.
Select the Type of HR Status: Start, Intermediate, Final.
Identify the placement of the HR Status. This determines where the HR Status appears in the list of HR statuses.
Select a Category. The category masks the HR Status on the Talent Gateway when the candidate checks their job status. Also, the category is needed for visualization of candidate funnel within the BrassRing home page. The initial HR status of 0-Field is auto-mapped to the initial category of Applied.
Enter the name of the HR Status in the HR Status Name field. The plus + icon allows the entering of translations.
Use the Valid After section to select after which HR Statuses the HR Status appears.
Use the Next Status section to select which HR Statuses appear directly after the Start Status.
Select Save and Continue.
The Edit Applied screen appears. Configure the settings for each category listed on the left. The fields within the category are listed in the chart.
